Meijer's YMMV

I was at Meijer's last night (in Springhurst, in case Michael Corvin is reading) and they had The Dukes of Hazzard unrated in widescreen for $5. This is the same price as Walmart, but the correct format. There were other DVD sale prices, but I was actually helping a friend price HDTV's so I didn't take full stock of them. Also, they had a selection of Carlton ornaments at 50%, including a pretty sweet Megatron (which goes from $17.50 down to $8.75).

I believe you're the early leader in "Most Vague Thread Title of 2009".

Maybe I should run a poll to see whether other forum readers think I bested http://forum.dvdtalk.com/dvd-talk/54...-nonsense.html.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm pretty much TV on DVD and BD/HD-DVD though at this point. I can't even remember the last DVD film I bought.

Yeah, but what about Megatron ornaments? Are you set on those, too?

The correct format for this film should be 0:0, and cost $0.

As a longtime fan of The Dukes of Hazzard I find this film an abomination. As a fan of Broken Lizard, however, I find it enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the "Mother of God" line a la Super Troopers.
