"Sin City" ...theatrical or extended?
I plan on watching this tonight, but not sure which cut i want to see, the theatrical or the extended. i've seen the extended once before and know the new scenes a bit and remember it just didn't play so well as the theatrical because it loses the title card shot with the music at the beginning which i love among other things, but i did like the added scenes including Marv and his mom which is why i do want to pop it in and watch the separated cuts.
so want to decide via vote...which do you prefer?

^ Too bad they edit out the best Carla Gugino shots in the green-screen version.

Well, one of the poll choices was to watch something else instead. That is my answer. Watch a Lifetime movie or go see a highschool play. Both are better.

Exactly. For anyone who has never seen the movie, I always tell them to watch the theatrical version, especially with the bookending of the Josh Hartnett story. That was one of the things in the movie that I absolutely loved. Usually when I watch it now, I'll watch the extended versions in the same order as the theatrical release.

Prefer the theatrical. I don't think the extended ads much, and it looses something by rejoining that one story together. Work better as is.
