Which actors have the most toys/action figures made from their film characters?
Arnold: 6
Conan the Barbarian, Terminator, Commando, Predator, Batman & Robin, Last Action Hero
Samuel L. Jackson: 5
Pulp Fiction, Star Wars, Shaft, Iron Man, The Spirit (The Incredibles and Afro Samurai don't really count)
Johnny Depp: 5
Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Hollow, Pirates of the Caribean, Once Upon a Time in Mexico, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Bruce Willis: 4
Die Hard, Pulp Fiction, The Fifth Element (unproduced), Sin City
Harrison Ford: 3
Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Blade Runner
Jeff Bridges: 3
TRON, The Big Lebowski, Iron Man
Can anyone think of any others with at least 3 flicks?

Flicks doesn't matter. What counts is all the duplicates: Han Solo, JetSki Han Solo, Winter Wonderland Han Solo, etc.
One of the Star Wars characters wins.

Don't forget Mattel's "Harry Stamper" Armageddon action figure of Bruce Willis. Sylvester Stallone has Rocky, Rambo, John Spartan from Demolition Man, and a Medicom Judge Dredd.

Probably bending the rules a little but:
Hugo Weaving:
LOTR Trilogy, Matrix, Transformers (voice of Megatron)
Mel Gibson:
Road Warrior, Chicken Run, Pocahontas
Which makes me wonder, why have we never gotten a kick ass William Wallace figure?

Christopher Lee: Scaramanga ("The Man with the Golden Gun"), Sauruman ("The Lord of the Rings"), Count Dooku ("Star Wars"), and it seems like there's at least one from his Hammer era.

With the women, it's a bit less. I can't think of any actresses with more than 3.
Halle Berry: 3
Catwoman, X-Men, Die Another Day
Kate Beckinsale: 2
Underworld, Van Helsing
Angelina Jolie: 1
Tomb Raider
Here are some more surprising ones, whom all have more than Tom Cruise (Cruise only has one action figure from Mission Impossible):
John Goodman: 3
The Flinstones, Speed Racer, The Big Lebowski
Tim Roth: 3
The Incredible Hulk, Resevoir Dogs, Planet of the Apes
Willem Dafoe: 2
Spiderman, Platoon
Hugh Jackman: 2
Van Helsing, X-Men

James Bond, Professor Jones, Highlander, Robin Hood:Prince of Thieves, Dragonheart, The Rock. League of Extraordinary Gentlemen?
When I was a kid in the 60s stores had an entire aisle devoted to James Bond toys and action figures, 1965-67.

Karl Urban: 3
Chronicles of Riddick, Lord of the Rings, Star Trek
Ray Park: 4
Star Wars, Sleepy Hollow, G.I. Joe, X-Men
Warwick Davis: 6
Star Wars, Willow, Hitchhiker's Guide, Narnia, Leprechaun, Harry Potter
I'm surprised I haven't seen a Clint Eastwood action figure based on Sergio Leone flicks, Dirty Harry, and Unforgiven

few I can't believe haven't been mentioned yet.
Kurt Russell The man is 4 movies strong.
Escape From New York, The Thing, Big Trouble in Little China, Stargate.
And I'm sure will be 5, cause Neca will likely someday put out a Stuntman Mike figure.
Bruce Campbell: Army of Darkness, Evil Dead, Bubba Ho Tep
Liam Neeson: Phantom Menace, Darkman, Batman Begins, & Narnia (although IMO voicework shouldn't count for anyone).

The women one is tough. Uma is the best I could think of today.
Uma Thurman: Batman & Robin, Kill Bill
Jim Carrey: The Mask, Batman Forever, The Grinch
Jason Lee: Mallrats, Chasing Amy
Ben Affleck: Chasing Amy, Dogma

As a guy who used to collect figures, I can tell you that there aren't any Pulp Fiction figures. Those Lego looking things shouldn't count.
Also, next year you'll be able to add Christian Bale -- Batman, Patrick Bateman, John Connor

Bruce Campbell
With all the different versions of Evil Dead/Army Of Darkness figures over over the years from different companies (Sideshow, Mcfarlane, Mezco, Neca), and now one coming out from My Name Is Bruce he has to be in the running.
Which is funny since at one point there was no Evil Dead merchandise at all.
