DVD Talk review of 'Iron Man'
I read Francis Rizzo III's DVD review of Iron Man at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=34768 and...
Maybe it's just me - didn't see any mention of this on the DVD or in your review. I coulda sworn that when I watched "Iron Man" in the theater, that the full ambush sequence was included in the film - the extremely shortened cut on the DVD totally took me by surprise and I had to check the time codes a few time to make sure I wasn't missing a chapter. I found it in the "deleted scenes" section - but I'm not sure why they didn't leave it on the DVD in the normal part - it's not billed as a "Director's Cut".
Maybe it's just me - or was it shown in another online clip somewhere - the whole "posing for a photo in the humvee"...."seeing 'Stark Industries' on the missile that blows him away..." - I was certain that whole sequence was in the theatrical release I watched.
Oh well.
