Agreed. What good is this sale when they jacked their prices up? I got "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia - Seasons 1 & 2" for $14.99 and their price is $31.62. plus there is also tax for me.

Pretty good price on Fox Horror Classics v1 if I can find something to pair it up with. Been dying to get this after getting v2 for 11.49 out of my Goldbox.
Edit: I'll probably grab Valley of the Dolls with it. BVD I got at Amazon during their 2 for $10. Adds to the symmetry, no?

I was expecting this, but I wasn't expecting the shitty prices. Most of these are higher than last year (Newhart, MTM, White Shadow, Addams family Volumes were 20.95 B1G1. Addams Family complete was 48.xx. I know b/c I bought a bunch of these last year.)

^$26.98 is the cyber monday deal, even their regular sale price of $29.98 is a steal for that set! Both the cheapest I've ever seen them. I paid $37 for my set a year or so ago.

I would check everyone against Amazon before making any purchases. While some are acceptable or a little high but generally pretty good for a B1G1 sale. Several at first glance are quite questionable. Almost as if they don't expect you to be paying attention. I'm generally a big supporter of DD but some of these really look shakey.
FireFly for $40, give me a break. It has been available for quite sometime at a normal price of between $17 and $20. Amazon has it for $20 right now without being part of a sale.
Update: I don't know the more I look at that list the worse it looks. Out of about 20 or so that I already own I don't think I paid anymore then half of what they are currently offering them for. That means using this sale I would have broke even at best. Some I even got cheaper then half price at other places. There are maybe 5 that I don't have and would consider decent deals but I am out of cash. This is a disappointing list in my mind from DD.

There are still some good deals on sets to be found here.
Having said that, it appears that DVDPlanet is about $2 cheaper per item...even without Cashback, I still think I'll go with them for this sale. Besides, I can earn store credit points from DVDPlanet, so between that & that additional savings, I won't miss the Cashback at all.
After all, DD got almost all of my business during the recent 25% Off sale, so it seems only fair to return the favor to their sister site.

I got my 2 Futurama discs today, but some idiot decided to ship these DVDs (which are cardboard packaging) in a bubble mailer. Needless to say, both of these were crushed. And one had a Walmart sticker on it?

I ordered Roswell seasons 1,2 and Prison Break season 2,3 as Christmas gifts. $15 a season for Roswell isn't bad. And less then alil less then $25 a season for Prison Break not the greatest but best I could find around this time. Dvd's probably wont arrive till next week thou and I'm too cheat to rush anything.

Both my orders I received today. Just in time for Christmas. Placed one order the 18th and one the morning of the 19th. Both shipping on the 19th. Estimated 5-10 shipping and both came in 4 days. Now if only DD gets my Batman TAS in-stock I'll be more then happy with them.
