The Bank Job single disc extras

Long time creeper, first time poster as the adage goes.

Anyhow, I am looking for information on the extras for the single disc version of The Bank Job. Every review I find mentions a couple of small docus and a commentary track which have to come on the first disc even if its the two disc version because the second is purely a digital copy.

However, the back of the DVD mentions hardly anything

[I tried pasting the url to the back cover art but restrictions won't allow me. If you go to google images and search for "bank job dvd back cover" it's the first result on the third row from axel music]

I realize it would not be unprecedented for the back cover art to be inaccurate in regards to extras but I just want to get accurate information before I go buy it.

Thanks

I believe the 1-disc version doesn't have any features. They just produced 2 different disc ones for each release. But not owning the 1-disc version, I'm not 100% positive.

I own the 2-disc of this and while the second disc is just a digital copy, all the bonus features are on the 1st disc.

From dvdactive:

The 1-disc release will carry both anamorphic widescreen and full screen presentations, along with an English Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround track. As far as we know, no extra material will be included. The 2-disc release will include featurettes and extended scenes plus a digital copy of the feature film.

Alright, here ya go OP. We'll settle this:

1-disc

2-disc

Hope that clears things up. I have the 2-disc so I know I have all of them, but any people that have the 1-disc that have any other special features?

I remember this coming up before.

As others above this just verified, I'm 99% sure the back cover of the 1 disc version is wrong, and the special features are there on all copies/versions of disc 1.

Edit to add: Well scratch what I just said then, based on the below. Appear to be different versions out there based on what posters have contradicted each other on here.

Of note, wasn't there also a 3 disc version exclusive to Circuit City maybe?

If you are interested, Blockbuster sells previously viewed copies of the two-disc version but with only disc one. So it has all of the special features, none of the digital copy. That's what I did.

That's what I did. Bought it during one of those 5 for 20 deals. All the extra's are there.

I used to be able to keep up, but since I've been collecting these since the early days of the first DVD demo discs, I just have too many.

Picture the largest closet in your house. Picture it empty except for exclusive bonus DVDs. Picture it filled to the ceiling and overflowing. That's my closet.

Good idea! If I sell the car I'll have more room for DVDs.

Back on topic, this was a pretty decent film, I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did.
