blockbuster thursday/black friday 5 for $20

I just picked up a flyer at my local blockbuster and it said for those 2 days only the PV dvds 9.99 and under are going to be 5 for $20.

Considering that they're now 4 for $20, it's not really that great of a bargain. Thanks, anyway though!

Same here.

There are several in the $9.99 section that I've considered buying at the "4 for $20" ..... guess I'll wait until turkey time.

Blockbuster just sucks at everything. They just raised their Rewards program from 9.95 a year to 19.95 a year! It's been that price for like 10 years or longer now.

Well, just checked my local Blockbuster, and no "5 for $20" - just the regular "4 for $20" and the $14.99 previously viewed titles are once again "3 for $20".

However - there was a table set up with lots of DVDs, all NEW, priced from $3.99 and up. Picked up FORBIDDEN KINGDOM ($7.99) and the live action PETER PAN ($3.99). There were some very solid titles there, but I already had the ones I wanted.
