This looks to be a good episode. It's been a while since we've seen some good Jim/Dwight interaction since the former has been focused on Pam and the latter's attention has been focused on destroying Andy.

I wished Kelly would have actually been punished. After all she does (and doesn't, she can't work much) she needs to be put in her place imo. Michael just laughing it off didn't sit well with me, but I should have expected it. I also didn't like the JAM ending. I agree with Double_Oh_7 that not every guy will have a thing for her. And I also think he is out of his place talking to her, he's known her for what, 5-6 weeks? They are barely friends, he has no place telling her what she should do when she's engaged. I guess I'm just too nitpicky about the series.
The customer survey plot though was one of THE best plots they've had since season 2. The phone conversation was nothing short of amazing, "William H. Buttlicker" or whatever haha.

I'm not convinced Pam's classmate has a thing for her. I think they're setting us up to think that, but he may have just being truthful tonight. You could see Jim and Pam considering he might be right.

Anyone notice that Stephen Merchant (the original BBC Office co-creator) directed tonight's episode?
The phone conversation was fantastic. I lost it when Jim told Michael he'd only buy the products if he fired the previous saleperson, and Michael took it seriously.

I think I re-wound a re-watched Pam saying, "that's what she said, that's what she said, that's what she said!" about 50 times before continuing on with the program. She is too cute with her little hands in the air so proud. OMFG we need to clone her.

Ah, I didn't, but now it makes more sense. This episode REALLY felt less like The Office (US) and more like the UK one in pacing. The last few episodes have been one line after another and this one gave you time to digest the jokes. Interesting to know.

I thought she was adorable in that scene with how happy she was.
