Ha, at the very end a reporter asked if McCoy was joining the Obama administration.

Solid episode although that was a very generous reading of the terrorism statute.

Not bad. Was this 'ripped from the headlines'? The case just seemed far-fetched to me, but I think they tied it all together well. I'm glad they pled out, as opposed to a suspenseful final scene with the reading of the verdict.

I was surprised they didn't offer a deal to drop any charges against anyone who would finger and testify against the person or persons who killed the innocent bystander.

Yeah - that is a little surprising. It was a far-fetched that all of those guys (particularly since they wanted to kill each other) would have the same defense lawyer. Then again, I suppose it would have been the one group pointing at the other group.
