Wii Component Cables

Is there any point to buy Wii Component Cables? I am using my wii on a 37' Sony LCD any I want to know if the component cables are worth the cash. And what kind is a better cable, 1st or 3rd Party? Does anyone have any comparison pictures of the video quality?

There are a few choices there.

Component is the only way to get 480p, I believe. It'll give slightly sharper colors (noticeable? I can't say).

For the cost at monoprice, you might as well.

Second Monoprice, and yeah it's noticeable -- just don't expect a PS2 -> PS3 leap in quality or anything.

Ok I guess I will be getting a set the picture difference seemed pretty impressive. Not PS3 or anything but not bad at all. I heard the Nintendo brand cables were the worst set, is this true?
