The PEANUTS gang celebrates Halloween as Linus hopes to be visited by The Great Pumpkin, while Charlie Brown is invited to a Halloween party.
The special will be followed by a bonus cartoon, "You're Not Elected, Charlie Brown,'" which features Linus in a run for class president.

Thanks for the heads up, just set the DVR to record for my 4 year old. We got the Christmas special DVD last year and he watched it for months after Christmas was over.

Haha...thanks, Jadzia, that's a great story. I need to have a kid or two.
Unfortunately for me, I watched this on DVD a month back or so and questioned what happened. It was odd...funny, but pitifully funny, unlike when I was a kid and thought it was comedic gold. Still...good for nostalgia.
