I'm losing interest in this show. I don't know why, either. It's as good as it's always been, I guess. It's just not doing anything for me, and since it's on Sunday nights - with Dexter, Entourage, Californication, Housewives, and Mad Men which just finished, but Brotherhood is starting back next week - I just don't have the time for it any more.

I thought this was a pretty good episode.

I enjoyed the mission in Mexico and how the whole episode wrapped up the storyline of the doctor from the Sudden Flight episode. Bob kicked some serious ass after the fake hotel employees started to interrogate him.

One of the things I am really liking about the show is the new female Unit member Bridget (Nicole Steinwedell). Even though I liked Hector, I think she brings a new dynamic to the team and obviously some more male fans since she's tall and gorgeous. By the way, I read that she was promoted to series regular.

What was the deal with Molly and the alcoholism? Is that part of her cover?

Is it just me or does Mack seem more of a dick this season?

Yeah, "Red Hat" is smokin'. Need some caps of her coming out of the pool.

Mack is pissed because he found out about his wife's affair.

Again the Unit fails to disappoint. Excellent episode. The only thing I didn't care for was Jonas and Molly snooping in the house. Oooh she got caught! Never saw that coming.

So Jonas and Ryan tell the wives to stand down but Molly is going to stick with the AA and get in deeper with the wife? Interesting.

Here's an interesting little tidbit: The wine Jonas was using to win the guy over is a rare CA brand, Sine Qua Non. It's almost impossible to even get on the mailing list (3-year wait or something like that, according to a guy I work with who's on it).

Well, apparently Shawn Ryan would like to be on that list, and he's cool enough to have posted this on a "Wine Talk" board (much like this one):

"Alas, my obvious groveling for advancement on the SQN list (I've been getting the "sorry" postcards for awhile) with this episode of "The Unit" will almost certainly end in defeat. But how could I not try? When this storyline came up for the show and one of my writers asked for a "great, very difficult wine to buy" I immediately suggested SQN. Should have educated my prop people better on the wine glasses apparently. Oh, well, you can't control everything.

Thanks everyone for watching.

-- Shawn"
