That all depends on your purpose. If it's to alert the reviewer to an error that you've caught you could try using the e-mail the author button at the top of the review. If it's to promote a discussion then the start a discussion button is appropriate. Either option will alert the reviewer to your post, but if you start a thread outside that process the reviewer won't find it until he checks this forum.

Well I placed it here because I had seen similar threads in the Reviews forum. I'll keep that in mind for the next time.
