Laughably bad as always. One of the best comedies on TV. I noticed they seemed to be showing Duquesne from the back and waist up (and behind desks, etc) - is she pregnant in real life?

Fucking hilarious episode. The best unintentional comedy on TV period.
I did think it was cool that they finally re-did the opening credits. I was getting sick of seeing the same shots of Caruso, Procter and Rodriguez.

This show is a train wreck. And I have no idea why I can't stop watching it. I am going to try hard to stay away this year, especially after that incredibly bad, overacted episode.

All of the "We're pissed and/or sad that Caine is dead, but we must continue working!" acting in the beginning of the show was hilariously, awesomely bad.
The people who make this show are aware that almost everyone who watches it is doing so ironically (and possibly because of how great it looks in HD), right? I mean, when they had Caine say "I'm going underground" 2 or 3 times, they're laughing right along with us, I hope...

I did like how his being underground meant hiding around while Eric was interviwing suspects.
No-one would see him walking around the station.
the underground parking one was cool though, he just walked out from nowhere.

It had me for the first 15 minutes. Once Delko and Duquesne confronted Wolfe, it lost its intrigue and became a typical Miami episode. But it wasn't a great surprise; I figured it was going to be something like that.
Would have worked better had they kept Horatio's scheme secret, and made everyone think that he was dead and Wolfe was involved, for most of the episode.
Would have worked even better had Horatio actually been shot, by a real assassin with a real bullet, and was confined to a hospital bed while the team found out who did it.
I don't get the sour feelings toward Emily Procter. She seems just as fine an actress as most others on TV. Can someone point to something specific about her performance that you think is lacking?

I liked where he was standing in the middle of that dirt road in the everglades with his back to the approaching car, hands on hips and looking to the side naturally! WTF is he looking at?!?!?!?

although I was expecting them to open the body bag after putting H in the coronor van and him popping up to say Martin Riggs called, he wants his plot back

ah, the old shooting the propane tank trick
too bad you need a flame source in front of where the hole will be and even then the explosion usually isn't too much

Too bad Sofia Milos is contracted to do season 2 of The Border for CTV. Hopefully she will be able to squeak in a few more guest appearances this season. She's probably one of the most glamorous woman I have seen on TV. She can grace my TV screen anytime.
