Artificial Eye Blu-ray Releases:
Does anyone know if these will be Region B? I see that Michael Haneke's CACHE is being released in October and I must own it. Tartan released his 2007 version of FUNNY GAMES and that is region free but just couldn't find any info an Artificial Eye.
That UK PS/3 is beginning to look like a necessity!

Thank for the advice on the PS/3 in another post. I found a distributor who will ship one to the US. I spoke to the professional (Craig Rounds) who calibrated my system and he doesn't believe the power supply will be much of a problem. So I guess it's time to save money

I guess you won't be interested to play any US games on that UK PS3. I had a somewhat similar experience: I sent a Wii to Germany and it couldn't play any EU game before it was hacked by some local guys for a fee.
This sets a decent timeline for me about adopting BD standard: it will be when this region issue could be handled better. At least with a computer BD drive which can be made region-free.

Artificial Eye is releasing Wong Kar Wai's Ashes of Time Redux in January. I'm really hoping that will be region ALL. They've already released Takeshi Kitano's Zatoichi. Has anyone heard if that's region B only?
