Blow Out. A perfectly crafted, riveting thriller in the mode of The Conversation and of course Blow Up, with deeply sympathetic performances by Travolta and Allen. I would have included Obsession, Raising Cain, or even Hi, Mom! or Greetings instead of Mission:Impossible, Femme Fatale or Carlito's Way.

I'll pick Carrie, but I like horror movies more than anything anyway ( except for westerns maybe)
I also like Blow Out and Dressed to Kill
I thought Femme Fatale was terrible.
I bought that years ago and traded it back in within the week.

The Untouchables. Although, I really like Mission Impossible and the unmentioned Body Double.

Other: Body Double. Say what you'll like, but I love that movie and could watch it again and again. Although The Untouchables gives it a run for its money, as does Blow Out.
Sisters is pretty good in the first 20 minutes, then it turns into a suck fest.

I've always had a soft spot for Scarface. It's got all of De Palma's trademark camera work, a grand, epic story, loads of violence and a rockin' soundtrack.
Close second: Carrie or Blow-Out.
