If you've got games to trade, check out Goozex.com. Not quite as speedy as simply buying stuff, but it has helped me clear out some games I will never play and turn them into games I do enjoy.

Best Buy: use a "Spend $500 and get a $50 Gift Card" coupon and sign up for Reward Points (If you haven't already) which will set you half way to the $20 Reward Certificate.

Play-Asia.com

For games that are region free, often the asian versions are cheaper (make sure they're in English though).

I mostly check the deals at cheapassgamer. I wait til most games drop in price. I buy a lot from amazon (especially DOTD's), Circuit City (monthly clearance games), Target (clearance games), and gogamer.com (for 48 hour madness pc games, often very cheap).

I buy all my games from Gamefly. The keep it price for members is usually a great price plus their used prices are really good too.
