Official DLC Post
I have compiled a list of the varying difficulties for each song on each instrument, as well as youtube links to all songs on Expert guitar and Expert drums when available.
This information is gathered from the tracks that I own, with the gaps being filled in from other various sources. If anyone has any of the missing information, PM me and I'll get it thrown in here.
I have put them into spoiler sections per L&O's request, as well as to keep this first page uncluttered.
The format for the difficulties is:
Guitar/Bass/Drums/Vocals/Band
The current week's DLC is updated on Tuesday AM when the songs are officially available for download on 360.
If you are looking for the upcoming week's DLC, check the Announced DLC section near the bottom of this post.

*New for this week are embedded videos for the next week's stuff.

This is a huge overhaul of the format, with input from several users (thanks especially to Michael Corvin and lordwow). If there's anything else I can add to be helpful, let me know, preferably by PM.

oh well
Next week we have a nice little cross section of tracks. We have the amazing Testament, members of System of a Down in Scars on Broadway, perennial favorites Staind, and a .99 track from The New No 2. The Scars on Broadway track and the Staind track are both singles from their new albums being released through Rock Band. Awesome!
Tracks will be out on Tuesday on Xbox Marketplace and Thursday on the Playstation Store.
TRACKS:
Scars on Broadway - They Say $1.99 (160 MS points)
Staind - This is It $1.99 (160 MS Points)
Testament - Electric Crown
$1.99 (160 MS Points)
The New No 2 - Yomp
99¢ (80 MS Points)
All tracks are masters.

The hell is "The New No. 2"? I can't even find any references to that band or "Yomp" on Google, at least not in the first couple pages.

Scars - I thought, sweet - SOAD members. But the song is pretty meh & generic. The other stuff is a pass too.
The new #2 is George Harrison's kid - http://www.youtube.com/user/thenewno2music

Listened to two of these songs. Not bad, but really boring. Might be worth checking out Yomp for 80 points. Certainly it will be better than the other 3 for me anyway
I guess they have an album coming out Tuesday.

Hoping this is a good sign for Beatles somewhere, somehow, someway, somewhen.

Yeah, I'd changed it from "not-so-famous" before posting because of that. I was just teasing anyway. They've all done fairly well. I'm sure having a famous last name gives you a nice boost, but it also comes with a few hefty negatives, especially when the comparisons start.

Yet another crap week for DLC.
At this point I'm pretty much just going to wait for RB2. It's out soon enough, has plenty of songs that I like and I don't think we're going to get another Boston or The Who level release between now and then.
