I just found out that Doomsday (Neil Marshall) is going to be coming out in a steelbook, but can't seem to figure out how to order it. Any help would be appreciated!

is there any difference in content when compared to the R1 version? i know that for Dog Soldiers and Descent, the R2 UK versions had considerably more extras than the R1 versions.
