Not Just A Buffy Spinoff (Amazon Goldbox)

I am guessing Amazon will have the complete Angel as a lightening deal at 1 PM EST today. Yesterday they had the complete Buffy for about $90 at the same time and it sold out in less than 10 minutes. The clue listed at Amazon is the title of this thread.

Sounds about right to me. I got it from them for $55.99 back in February. Probably be cheaper still this time around. Definitely worth having to sell off the season sets for all the space it saves!

It will be. If you get Amazons forums, they also post all the days lightening deals early.

Don't forget, it was around $49 at deepdiscount.com last fall. Actually, it was $98, but they also were offering B1G1F.

I heard it was less than 3 minutes. Been checking for months and somehow missed it.

Okay, but if it went for that price once, it'll probably do it again.

It isn't selling out nearly as fast as the Buffy deal did yesterday. Either a lack of demand or a surplus in box sets. I already grabbed this the last time the goldbox had it. I think it was for $55.99. Still, it's a very good deal.

It'll reach 100% with ease. It's at 75% claimed now. But yea, easier to get than Buffy.

I can't recall ever watching an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but I love Angel. I caved and bought it at this price, couldn't resist. Thanks for the tip!

I like them both pretty equally. I don't see how you could watch Angel without at least giving Buffy a try.

I upgraded to the boxset today. Will sell mine individually.
