An email was sent out to anyone that placed an order in the last year on hvm.ca.. It was a thank you gift as HMV.ca doesn't so online sales and resigning their site.. But it wasn't required as many people posted in a Canadian deals forums they didn't need to show proof they placed an order..
The coupon expired June 15..
