Goldeneye current generation
Is there going to be a Goldeneye for a current gen console?

Nintendo and Microsoft have been fighting about this for a while. It's a Rare property, but it was originally released on a Nintendo console. Apparently, Rare got a port up and running for XBLA but they can't release it.

is it a matter of the name 'goldeneye' and possibly changing it to be allowed to release it?
I really would like them to retain the licensed characters and names though....
