Do you swap online orders for better condition DVDs in store?

Ever since I jumped on the DD 20% off sale last November I've been swapping DVDs in semi-crappy to horrible condition that arrive from online retailers with a copy in great to perfect condition in stores. In case I'm not completely clear, if my online order isn't in great condition, I buy the same DVD (in better condition) in store and then return the unopened crappy condition one. I had to do this with a lot of the DD order and just today I got my first crappy order from Amazon. Just wondering if anyone else does this? Also, where have you had the best luck finding DVDs in great condition?

Sarcastic answer: No matter the savings you find online it sounds as if you would almost be better off just buying them in retail stores.

Real answer: If I received DVDs from an online store that were in poor condition I would certainly let them know. If they continued to send out inferior product or ship them in flimsy packages I would take my business elsewhere. With your method you are helping to keep an online retailer that doesn't care about the service they offer in business and in the process harming a local store by giving them all the beat up DVDs.

I'm sure the complaints I've made to DD have not affected them in the least.

Also, I recently saved $140 off of the lowest price I had seen in the past year on an order from DD and I will swap any/all items that are crappy. I tried to exchange the order last November and one item was mysteriously discontinued so I never got the original or a replacement back and the others arrived just as crappy as the first time.
