Costco
Have purchased The Twilight Zone Definitive Edition, Season 2, which contains a defective disc 5.
Costco will take the set back and refund my money but they no longer sell the set and purchasing a new set at another store, would cost much more than the refund.
Anyone know where/how I might get an even exchange for the defective disc only? Any other ideas? Thanks.

You'd probably have to contact the manufacturer or whomever represents CBS's DVD products.
The manufacturer appears to be Image.

Unfortunately, there was no response from image. Their customer relations email is not working and several requests to their webmaster have gone unanswered.
Looks like we're outta' luck, eh?

Can you get Costco to refund your money and then order it from DeepDiscount.com?
It would be $35 from them while the sale runs through this weekend?

Your Deep Discount suggestion is an outstanding one, Speedy. Costco has already said they would take it back and now I'll have the entire set with no loss.
Thanks for taking the time to reply and for offering such a marvelous idea!
