Didn't realize this is all 4 movies. That is not a bad deal at all.

Yeah! Finally a good price! I got it!

Does anyone know what the other deals through out the day will be? I seem to recall last week someone was able to know what deals were going to happen at the different times.

Don't forget the Amazon Visa coupon MAYDVDS5, for those of us with Amazon Visa cards. $5 off $50, but it will also work on the Smallville: Season 6 [Blu-ray] set because the regular price is over $50.

Does anyone have any info if the Samsung BD-P1400 1080p Blu-Ray Disc Player is a good BD player? Does it bitstream (do) DTS-HD/MA? How much will it be?

SUPERMANROB, its a horrible player. One of the worst available with many bugs and disc loading issues. Spend a bit more and get the 1500 or a PS3.

Maybe, but I've had one for four months and I haven't had any problems. It's slow to load but it has flawlessly played everything I've thrown at it.

Its a shame for us in NY state that a new law says that Amazon has to charge us sales tax as of June 1.

Check out the AVS forums for more info on the Samsung 1400 is you wish to go down that path...Its easily one of the worst BD player you can buy. The 1500 is a step up, as is just about every other player.

I can vouch for how crappy the 1400 is... I ended up returning two units due to disc loading/ejecting errors. I've had the Sharp BD Player, and it plays perfectly. I just hate how you have to update it, but that's minor.

All the comments rip the Samsung but it was 100% claimed.

Smallville was 74% claimed.

doesn't mean anything, trash allways sells better than quality, just look at McDonalds:-) people often don't know better or can't afford better, so no proof of quality for an item:-)

People will buy just about anything if they feel its "on sale" and worth it. Samsung was selling these 6 months ago for similar pricing with 5 Free movies by mail and 1-3 instant movies at most stores. To bad it wasn't a newer player with similar pricing. I'd love to get an LG200 or Smasung 5000 now with the new firmware updates fixing most bugs and making it 1.1.

Slingbox Pro for $179 is the 9 am est /6 am pst deal. Looks like there is a video game deal slated for the 1pm est time slot. The description says "Surf through Hi-Def content on your PS3 in high style."

I haven't bothered to pick one up yet, but if they can offer it in the $10-$15 range, I'd consider it. At this point, pressing 'play' with the PS3 controller isn't a big deal.
