Recommend me a movie with some good dancing.
I have checked out several of the Flamenco discs Netflix has (Flamenco was one and i think the other was Flamenco Clans). I enjoyed the tango scene in Moulin Rouge.
I'm specifically looking for some movies that either feature some great dance scenes or are documentaries about dance. I'm particularly interested in Flamenco and Tango but anything with some well choreographed Latin dance would be interesting.
So, can anyone help me out?

I don't know about flamenco or latin dancing, but for modern ballet you should check out Gene Kelly's films (especially An American in Paris, Singin' in the Rain and On the Town). For more of a tap-based dance, the Fred Astaire/Ginger Rogers are probably the best (particularly Swing Time and Top Hat).
I'd imagine this will get moved to Movie Talk.

You should check out Carlos Saura's flamenco trilogy:
Bodas de sangre (1981)
Carmen (1983)
El Amor brujo (1986)
As far as flamenco on film goes, I daresay it doesn't get much better than this.

Assassination Tango - I only remember this Robert Duvall movie by name and I've never seen it but there's got to be a fair amount of dancing in it because I remember his interviews when it was released all focusing on his wife and love of the Tango...

I have wanted to see Bodas de Sangre since my college days and was just never able to find a copy.
You made my day!

Saura's Salome is your ticket. It is choreography at its best, with a faux-documentary look.
When talking about choreography in general and dancing, excluding Latin, All That Jazz should come strongly recommended.
If you are seriously interested in learning more about the ins and outs of stage choreography Etoiles: Dances of the Paris Opera Ballet comes highly recommended.
Back to Latin folk and dance Gitano offers some first class entertainment (aside from lovely Laetitia Casta):

If you are region-free I strongly recommend that you take a look at Lola, La Pelicula:

Also, Maestro Ettore Scola's Oscar-nominated Le Bal is one of the best films to reflect on the history of dance, what the act of dancing entails. A highly poetic film.

You could also dive into the work of Bigas Luna (The Tit and the Moon, Jamon, Jamon) but these films have more flavour rather than authentic dancing.
Finally, if you are willing to explore a bit further I highly recommend the films of Tony Gatlif. His Exils has one of the most profound and intoxicating trance scenes I have seen captured on film. His more recent Transylvania on the other hand has plenty of what you are looking for.
Anyhow...there is plenty to explore

Well if you enjoyed the Tango scene in "Moulin Rouge", you should definately check out "Strictly Ballroom" which was also directed by Baz Luhrmann.
It's got a wonderful Paso Doble and Rumba.
