Is there anywhere to buy Broadway Musicals?

I'm specifically looking for Avenue Q and Sweeney Todd, among many others. Sadly I don't live in NY since I LOVE Broadway shows. They sell Vegas stuff (i.e. DVDs for The Blue Men Group, Celine Dion, Le Reve, etc.) so maybe they sell Broadway shows too?

I don't know if there are places that sell them exclusively, but some shows have been recorded and are available at the usual places. Sweeney Todd is available, but I don't think Avenue Q is out.

Just go to Amazon and look for titles you're interested in. Some, like Les Miserables, are in concert form though, which isn't the same as a regular performance, but is still worth having. Sweeney Todd has a concert in addition to the taped performance.

Most of Sondheim's shows are available on DVD: most recently the revival of Company, also Sweeney Todd (both the original production and recent concert version), Passion, Sunday in the Park With George, Into the Woods, etc...there are also legit DVDs of Pippin, Cats, Fosse, Jekyll and Hyde, Kiss Me Kate, Oklahoma, and Taboo. Legally Blonde and Light in the Piazza have been filmed professionally and can be bought on DVD if you know where to look (PM me).

As for other shows, like Avenue Q...well, there are videos out there. Check out the music_theatre group on Yahoo.
