Abel Ferrara's Mary
As I understand it, this movie was made back in 2005, and has yet to be given a release in the U.S., even with an American director and Academy Award winning actors. I understand that there is a Region 4 release, and French Region 2 as well. Is anyone familair with these releases?
Also, if anyone has seen it, how is the film itself? I usually like Ferrara's films to an extent, I even liked New Rose Hotel which most people seem to hate. Even those I don't like I usually find interesting in some way, and at the very least, they are always pretty unique.

The film is extremely stylish, the camera moves flawlessly. I would highly recommend it and I do believe that it is one of the better [u]religious[/i] works to garner commercial success in recent years (Teresa el Cuerpo de Cristo; L'ora de Religione; etc).
