Can anybody get this to work? I add them both but the $6 discount doesn't show up.

Where it advertises the promotion (about a quarter way down), click "add both to cart". The $41 is after the $6 deduction; together they are $47. I believe adding them separately doesn't work.
EDIT: Adding them separately does in fact work. They are $23.95 apiece and when added to cart they show up as $41.90. ($23.95 x 2 = $47.90 - $6.00 = $41.90.) So it should work fine.

I was able to get Amazon to refund me 6.00 even though I had pre-ordered DIRL and NCFOM on separate orders. I just complained and said starting the promotion a day after pre-orders ship doesn't really give me much incentive to pre-order.
