Good! I ordered from them the last time they had a sale and had to end up returning something, and instead of refunding the money back onto my card as I'd asked, they gave me a store (site?) credit instead.

Well, *that* sucks. I had the only used copy of A Scanner Darkly (HD-DVD) in my cart, $9.99 *before* discount. But the coupon wasn't yet active, and while I waited, someone else snagged it. I don't blame them or me, but it's still a bummer.
