Possibly Lost Package

I was accepted about a month ago and still haven't received my DVDs. I've never had anything lost with them before; what's the standard procedure for dealing with it?

If it's been 4 weeks from ship date just email them and let them know you haven't received it, and they should ship another package out to you.
