Best Buy reward zone question

I joined the reward zone about 3 weeks ago when I bought a computer. I've made a couple other decent sized purchases since then. I went to the website (myrewardzone.com) and these purchases are still "Pending". What's up with that? Is that normal? Why are purchases pending for 3 weeks? I emailed their customer support and received an automated reply that I would receive a reply soon but I never did.

Is this how it normally works? Just trying to make sure my purchases get credited.

So I can get my awesome $5 reward

Takes over a month to post. That way it's easier on them that you don't get issued a gift cert then take the item back.

Is there a typical period of time it takes to actually GET a certificate once you've earned it? My account has been sitting at 327 points for a few days now, and the points threshold is clearly marked for 250/$5 yet it still says that I don't have one available yet. Pretty frustrating since I'd like to pick up the Passage To India Blu-ray tomorrow, but I'm not spending anything until that certificate is able to be redeemed.

Buy Passage to India tomorrow (even BB even carries it). When you get your Reward GC, rebuy it with GC and return the now sealed copy with the original receipt where you paid full price. Instant Satisfaction.

It takes sometime for their system to process your certificate. My threshold is set for the highest which I believe is $1000 and when I hit it it took around two weeks for my certificate to become available.
