Well since I'm short on space, I'm going to ditch my original season sets finally and pick this up to replace them...

Great deal, but I don't think I want to go through the hassle of getting rid of my individual seasons like I did for X-Files, Alias, Buffy, and Stargate. It's kinda a pain...
EDIT: I noticed that the original fat case versions get $12.50 on trade-in at secondspin.com so should get that plus 45% at FYE and Suncoast through 2/28. The thin packs only $8 though. Unfortunately, I only have a fat season one, and the rest are thin...

SOLD! I'll just throw my individual seasons on Ebay or Craigs for $10 and it'll work out nicely.

So does this have anything extra in it over the individual sets like the Buffy box did? I don;t see anything mentioned in the DVDtalk review.

Thanks, OP! That's a great deal! I already have the individual seasons, but I can't pass this up at that price! Selling the individual sets, I can probably at least cover the cost of the set...

Must they continually mock those of us who buy series season by season as they come out?

I have a question. Trying to purchase this by using a gift card (a preloaded $25 VanillaVisa card) and wish to pay for the rest by my own card...anybody have problems using two forms of payment?

No. This is the exact same content as if you owned all the seasons separately. The Chosen Collection actually contained a bonus disc not available anywhere else.

Just when I think I've succeeded in breaking the Mega-set box habit... They pull me back in!!

Thanks for the headsup! I couldn't resist.

Curiosity-- How much did the Buffy complete set cost when *it* was deal-of-the-day?

I believe that Amazon had it down to $99.99. I'm also hoping that this set will once again be the DOTD.

FYI: the second season fatty is only fetching $8. FYE: 45% ...huh?
