Funniest Comedy Teams of 20th century

I wanted to know what you guys think which comedy team had the funniest movies. I didn't include CHEECH & CHONG because I'm sure you guys would have picked them as the winner. But it's time to give these classic teams their due which have gone forgotten by Hip-Hop,MTV & generation X .

3 Stooges... genius... i mean that stuff was fantastic...

followed closely by the Marx Brothers...

lets face it without Groucho?... that's not much of a team...

I didn't include them or Chris Farley & David Spade, Pryor & Wilder because they are too recent. The ones on the poll don't have their movies run only on maybe Turner Classic Movies channel and many of the under 24 don't watch them. Or buy or rent.

Martin and Lewis, bar none. Even if you include ALL of the 20th century.

If all you ever saw was their later movies then you don't have a clue how funny they really were.

Martin & Lewis did not have magic like Bud and Lou.

The Three Stooges were "slap-stick" they were not real comedians((they did not tell jokes)) in my book!

THE MARX BROTHERS are ok with me I just don't like them that much.

Abbott & Costello get my vote!

And I sure hope "It Ain't Hay" gets cleared for a DVD release sometime soon.

Laurel and Hardy for me beyond question.

IMHO, to mention The Three Stooges, and Abbot and Costello in the same breath as Stan and Ollie is tantamount to blasphemy!!
