Man has 65 game private arcade.

First thing that came to mind when I saw that his friend had Rush on his iPod.

If I ever have the money, I'll do something similar, only it'll be with console systems, not arcade cabinets.

Pics of the arcade.

That must cost a fortune to run everything.

That is exactly what I would do if I were ever a multi-millionaire (except I'd have more 80's/90's games than the older ones). As it stands right now I only have room for about 10 arcade games, 1 pinball and a pool table

Wow, he even has the rare Discs of Tron (worth alot of money), I only have the regular Tron.

I'm also jealous that the back light works on his star wars cockpit, mine went out.

Wow, I could get lost in that arcade, and never be sad.

The 80s were a great time to be a kid. All the Saturday morning cartoons a kid could ask for, and no politicians getting their noses in video games.

Simply awesome. So glad to see a real home arcade, instead of MAME or the like.

With that kind of money and a building that big, I would give a new meaning to words Home Theater.

That's pretty wicked. While you could MAME that stuff, there is something about actual cabinets that gives you that arcade "magic". I would love to get a pinball machine (or two) myself down the line.

That is pretty sweet; but not practical. I have a MAME cabinet and I never use it although my friends think it's pretty sweet (and isn't that all that really matters )

I can't imagine having to house 65+ arcade cabinets.

What's most impressive about this collection, is that everything seems to be in mint condition. When I was putting my game room together, I was able to find the games I wanted, but finding them in the condition I wanted was very difficult. And, some games like the star wars cockpit, and Indiana Jones pinball took forever to find in decent condition and weren't cheap when found.

That is pretty cool, but I was more excited about the pinball than the arcade games. My parents had two pinball machines when I was a kid, so I've always had a thing for them.

It seems like a lot of the games in that guy's collection were more of historical interest than actually fun games, but I suppose that's a matter of perspective. And I'm still jealous.

There's only one arcade game I want, and it's this one:

Yes, it's a Journey arcade game. I must own it!

I remember playing Journey at a campground in on the Oregon coast for hours, it was the only place I ever saw that game and I have never seen one since.

MAME is ok, but I'd rather have one actual cabinet than 100 MAME emulations.
