Where to rent DVDs?
I haven't rented anything the past couple years, but I've been thinking of renting a few things again. Problem is, I don't like ending up with unreadable discs. Does Netflix/Blockbuster online services make any effort to ensure you receive playable shit? I think the only B&M rental places here are Hollywood Video and Family Video. Anyone know if they offer an unlimited monthly plan? The Family Video website doesn't have much useful info.

Hollywood offers an MVP program where it's like $32(including tax) for any 3 movies out at a time unlimited.
Most of my Netflix and Blockbuster Online discs arrive scratched up and in rough shape but I very rarely get any that don't play.

btw, I find it kind of funny that Family Video is the only rental place I've seen that carries porno (or at least they did a couple years ago). Videos for the whole family, I guess. LOL

It's extremely rare that you will get an unplayable DVD. I personally recommend Netlfix due to the large selection and timely fashion they arrive in the mail. There are several different plans you can choose from which fit your needs.
