i put everything required correctly. the total, zip code. it hasn't been 30 days since the purchase either. we ordered from bestbuy.com. is it because we ordered for pick-up at a store?

i tried calling but no one is answering their Cust. serv.

ok, after holding for 25min they finally answered ans said the points should be up in 72 hours....

i would delete this thread instreadof positng this but i dont know how...

They created a duplicate account for me somehow, so denied me points. I got it straightened out with the Indian cs rep. It took me probably 20 minutes on hold.
