More spyware popups? Advanced Cleaner?

Anyone else getting these browser pop ups? It's just like the last time it happened. I was in the tech forum and I closed my browser and imediantly got the small box pop up on the lower right hand corner of the screen that looks like a windows warning but it said my computer was infected and to download Advanced Cleaner to fix it. I'm doing a spyware scan now but it looks a lot like the last time this happened.

you probably have some spyware in your computer. Run ad-aware or spybot to clean it up.

No I don't have spyware on my computer. It's only happened once and looked just like the spyware attack we had a few months ago. That's why I brought it up. Apparently it was a one time deal.

I also have this problem, and that advanced cleaner stays as my home page in internet explorer. I have no idea how to deal with it. I've tried all kinds of antyspy programs but with no result. If anyone can help me please do. Thank you in advance.
