If you had a $500.00 gift card to Best Buy, what would you buy?

Hey guys, just trying to get some ideas on what I should get with my $500.00 worth of Best Buy gift cards. I already have an HDTV. I was thinking a surround sound system but my living room is tiny, don't think i would benefit from it. What would you guys suggest?

What would I spend it on or what do I suggest you spend it on? You're asking two separate questions. I'd buy my first surround-sound system and my first iPod. If you want a surround-sound system, this may be the time to get it.

A Nintendo Wii with Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Mario Galaxy, two extra Wiimotes and Nunchuks.

Total: $469.93 + tax = $498.13

If I were you, I would spend $500 dollars on DVDs! But if you didn't have a HDTV then I would have spent $500 on that instead

I dunno if you are gonna buy a surround sound system, I would go all out. Now if you want to put the $500 towards a surround system then that works. But I would make sure it is a best buy magnolia, they at least have SOME WHAT of a decent variety in some what decent speakers.

I've always wanted to spend a lot of money on a whole bunch of something cheap. Start stacking up sodas and whatnot. $500 worth of dvds would be kind of cool, though.

sell the $500 gc for like $475 or $450, then use that money for stuff online which can have free shipping, no tax and lower prices than best buy.
