Kynt and Vixyn's pit stop "hug" has to be one of the most awkward I've ever seen. And Vixyn looks hotter every episode. Kynt has to be as queer as he looks. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.)

Azaria is a douchebag for the way he talks to Hendekea. I felt sorry for her, but I was very glad to see them Philiminated tonight.

Just got a new HDTV (natch). How come when watching AR, there were bars on the side in HD. In order to fill the screen, I had to stretch the image. Is it always like this or would it be something in my settings?

I think, and I may be wrong, and if I am I am sure no one will be shy here correcting me, but even though you have a HDTV, Amazing Race is not filmed in HD (it would be way to expensive with a crew moving around as much as they do), and when a show is not filmed in HD it shows up with bars on the side. I dont stretch mine. I dont even notice it anymore.

Survivor and The Amazing Race are still filmed with 4x3 aspect ratio cameras, so that's why neither show fills up a 16x9 aspect ratio screen for today's HDTV sets.

They had backpacks at the airport, but then none when running around at all, maybe with so much watersports? They had a spot to drop them off.

I would have never guessed that at the beginning of this season that I'd be rooting for the "goths" as much as I am. I really only like them and T.K. & Rachel.

As for 4:3 content on 16:9 TVs...DON'T STRETCH IT!!! Well, I guess it's up to you, but stretching is an abomination.

And who else wishes that we could see an Amazing Race with a team of Vixyn's "Military Dad" and Kynt? Sounds like fun. I'm just surprised I like them as much as I do.

The goths are growing on me. For some reason I find myself rooting for the hippie group once again, they just seem like good people (the same way the team from a couple of years ago did). I can't say I hate any team right now, the asians keep surprising me especially the father. The Grandfather/Grandson team seems to be doing fine and I like how the Grandson is always helping out by holding both backpacks. The dating couple crack me up with how much they fight, This show is amazing at breaking couples up.

So no show next week? good I can watch the Extras x-mas special now.

I'm a little sad to see Hank and Azaria go. The brother was obnoxious, but in an entertaining way.

I noticed that Kynt and Vyxsin are labeled as "Dating Goths". Has the show ever done this for any other team? Seems odd. For example, TK and Rachel aren't labeled as the "Dating Hippies".

I can't believe I missed the last 20 minutes because the football game ran late again. That's the 2nd time this season it's happened to me.
I have to remember to tape the show after the Amazing Race on my DVR.

Anyway, could someone give me a quick recap of what happended after
they started the road block. I saw Christina & her dad, the goths and Jenny & her boyfriend do the Short & Long then it cut off. I know Azaria's team caught the last plane. Was that why they were eliminated ?

No doubt about it -- queer as a three dollar bill. And yes there actually IS something wrong with that considering that they've been introduced as "dating" goths.

I also agree with others here -- much to my surprise, the goths have become my favourite team.
