I recently ordered the 4 recent out of print criterions from them. They charged for all 4 and only sent 3. The put one on backorder. i've wrote them twice for a refund. The first time they said they would give me a refund soon. i emailed 12 days later when no refund came and the second time they ignored me. Ive always had good experiences with this store until now. I guess Ill have to cross them off my list of places to shop as now I have to dispute this with my credit card. Very dissappointing as Ive not had this problem with any other store.
