What DVD are you asking for X-mas?

Money is pretty tight for us now, so I'm asking just a few for myself.

Yojimbo/Sanjuro Criterion Collection
The Simpsons Complete 10th Season
Planet Terror
POTC: At World's End
Clockwork Orange 2-disc SE
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

I hinted to my wife that I wanted the 5 disc Blade Runner set on HD DVD. And by hinted, I mean I sent her a link where to buy it.

I have absolutely no will power. What once was a fairly sizeable list is now like only 5 titles. I'll run into Best Buy for something else, pass the title(s) I want, and get them right then and there. I need help.

Kind of splurged & picked up most of my more recent wants during the 20% off sales, but for X-mas hopefully I'll be getting. . .

The Blade Runner - 5-Disc Ultimate Collection HD

&

The Complete OC b/c it's something that I want, but would never buy for myself.

&

The Universe - The Complete Season One

&

The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones Vol. 1 & 2

I was going to ask my wife to get me the 2007 Boston Red Sox World Series box set from A&E.com but I wound up buying it for myself instead. As of now, I've got nothing in mind.

I never ask anyone for DVDs, for Christmas. Actually, I tell them not to buy me DVDs for X-mas.

One of 2 things will likely happen:

-They’ll get Full Screen (if it’s a movie/got a choice)

-I might already own it

I buy the DVDs I want every Tuesday and it’s just better when someone asks me what I’d like and I say, a gift certificate/anything but DVDs.

Gift Cards all the way. My parents and sister will not buy me DVD's at all since they know I buy most of the ones I want already.

9 times out of 10, I will get something that I have and will end up exchanging it.

Nice.

I never ask for dvds as well, but the year before last, my wife looked at my dvdaf account and ended up getting me MST3K: The Movie, Matinee, and Body Bags. So that was exciting.

Superbad
The Simpsons Movie
Halloween (2007 Rob Zombie)
Evil Dead (new version coming out in Dec to make it like 6 versions I have now of the same movie)

The 20% DD sale and the Looney Tunes sale at Amazon filled most of my wants and now I have way too much to watch and not enough time to watch them (like I didn't before)

I have a few but at the top of my list is the I Love Lucy Complete Series

Also some other things I have chosen not to buy myself, like Shrek 3 (HD-DVD), DuckTales Volume 3 and X-Files Complete Series.
