Criterion Collection Director Series - Amazon Exclusive ???
http://www.amazon.com/s/102-7455556-...irector+series
The prices are nowhere near a deal but has anything like this happened before with Criterion titles? Every director's series is listed as Amazon exclusive and staged for release on 4th Dec. this year. I'm curious if DVDPlanet or some other stores plans to comeout with something like this, then it might become cheaper to buy the Criterion titles. For e.g the way it is happening with Bergman's Four Masterworks in December

Looks like it's simply a bundling of titles not unlike bundling they've done in the past. I bought a bundle of the Fox Film Noir series a while back that had like 16 titles. All sixteen came in their own separate packaging with no special box.
