Well, this episode was a little better than the last couple, but it still seems kind of flat and uninteresting.
"There's no sushi in prison.. unless you count dick." - Best line in the entire series.

I love Andy! I mean the actor does a really good job there. Sometimes he doesn't need to talk, just the acting with his body makes me laugh.
Of course the king there is Nealon, but Andy is really good too.

Quality is so low this season I honestly don't know what it would take to turn around. Who the frig is this Victoria woman, besides yet another 1-dimension character, that'll probably be gone in about 3 episodes and replaced by someone else?

Making him crooked was a deliberate move to axe any sympathy viewers might have had for him & to justify offing him. U-Turn was portrayed more sympathetically than Peter. Nancy can watch the bodies pile up with little remorse as long as she has that stupid latte to slurp.
Also, just in case no one has noticed, Jenji no like Christianity, either. She's working out some major issues on this show.

If it wasnt for Nealon, Im not sure I would stay on this season... This was a better episode, as it seems they are trying to get back to what worked well before.

I wasn't that surprised by him being crooked. They had already established that he was willing to look the other way when it came to Nancy's drug-dealing, so we knew he wasn't entirely squeaky clean.

Are you guys forgetting last season when he went all psycho and tried to rob them because of the illegal wire tap that he had on them. It was no major stretch when he was found out to be dirty. In the finale and the premiere she did show some remorse for his death but, also remember from last year she didn't love him. As for Shane's articulation there is such a thing as a child genius, maybe not me or you but, there are real-life kids like him. And while this hasn't been the best put together season you guys are acting like the previous two seasons were the greatest ever and this season is shit. While last season was probably better there isn't that much of a drop in quality as a lot of people are saying.

I dunno... this season has been pretty aimless with a lot of storylines coming and going quickly and the main focus of selling weed being pushed to the background.
U-Turn came and went pretty quick. Andy's catering/porn career, Pete's ex-wife, Silas' new girlfriend, Shane's Christian school, etc. aren't very interesting storylines. I like how openly deviant the Sullivan character is, but the Majestic-Agrestic storyline seems to be the main focus of the show now and it's moving very slowly. Nancy's character feels different this year... she seems a lot less innocent and has turned into a sex freak.
Conrad and Heylia haven't seen much screen time at all this season either.
The first two seasons were very focused and still had other storylines that kept things fresh and moving. I can't see them turning it around so quickly without it being forced. I hope they have something up their sleeves that will surprised me, but I'm very doubtful.
