George Michael & HIV?
Weird dude. Doesn't believe in tests?
George Michael has asked the BBC to remove an interview in which he openly discusses his fears of having HIV.
The BBC has since confirmed that the interview will no longer feature in the upcoming TV documentary Stephen Fry: HIV And Me.
The two-part program examines the spread of HIV, and even results in presenter Stephen Fry taking an HIV test himself.
George Michael's interview reportedly features him revealing he "does not believe in tests."
BBC producer Ross Wilson explained: "He says he finds the wait for results too harrowing and that he hasn't had a test since at least 2004 due to his fears it might be positive."
The pop singer's partner, Anselmo Feleppa, died of an AIDS-related illness in 1995.
Addressing the interview removal, Michael's spokesman said: "On reflection, he felt it was too close and too personal a journey."

If not, I'm sure glad we don't worship the same God.
And I'm not even gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that (to quote Seinfeld).

It's unfortunate, esp. since this guy has the resources to take care of it - if he has it.
I had this professor tell a story about some rock star guy who may have had some genetic disease that could make him die young. The guy didn't take the test because he didn't want to know if he had it and managed to grow old.
But damn, Michael, HIV is serious stuff. Get yourself tested, bro.
Edit: here's the link for the story.

I am really getting tired of people posting stories with no url link.

He has one partner Kenny Gross (teaxan) they have been together for over 7 years.
I think george once said that they were open to other's from time to time.

Most nights I sit in bed for hours wondering what I accomplished during the day. Tonight I will go to bed happy knowing that I not only got a laughing face from groucho but finally got to mistake someone else's sexuality.

I don't know why people insist on saying, " I don't take the HIV test because I'm afraid of the results." I had a female friend that used to have unprotected sex with gay men a lot. She would not get a HIV test because she was afraid of finding out she was positive. I used to give her shit about that all of the time.
I'm a heterosexual male, used condoms and I still used to get tested when I was single.

She must have been pretty hot if gay men were having sex with her a lot.
