that is pretty creative, but looks cumbersome and not exactly shelf friendly.

Colossal kick in the nuts. An exclusive bonus disc too. I'm so glad I supported yet another TV show, only to get burned in the end!

We're damned if we do and damned if we don't. We buy the seasons, and the studio says "hey, it's really popular, let's release the entire series!"

We don't buy the individual seasons and the studio goes "man, there's no interest in this show. Not only are we not releasing a complete collection, we're not even finishing the series."

I've only seen a few reruns on TV but the show seems pretty entertaining...and that packaging is uber cool... I may have to pick this up.

any chance they'll offer the bonus disc for purchase to those who bought the seasons already? any place we can write to ask them to consider that? awesome packaging though. i wonder how big the truck is? i wish they'd place a regular dvd amaray alongside in these pictures so you can determine the size of the packaging. i'm guessing it'll be similar to the buffy chosen one collection.

That's my thoughts. I'm not interested in this particular show, but I wouldn't packaging similar to that for my shows.

I’m in a pickle; I’ve bought seasons 1, 2, 3 & seasons 7 & 8 but still need to get seasons 4, 5, 6 & the upcoming season 9 DVD. I think I’ll just buy the remaining seasons that I need to get individually. I think the packaging is cool & all but if the discs are held, ‘M*A*S*H-Martinis & medicine’ style, I’ll just get the rest individually.

Great show & it’s definitely fu*king hilarious & very underappreciated.

I'll probably be picking this up, hopefully from the DDD 20% sale, since the timing looks right.

It might work if it's "backed in" - it looks fairly square in the back.
Pretty cool.

I was going to pick up Heroes on DVD this Tuesday, but I'm done buying individual season sets even if it means waiting years and years. Seriously.

Cool. The Mrs. and I fianlly got around to watching the series finale last night. It's been on our DVR since it first aired (in May?)

It was a good episode. It reminded me why I started watching the show in the first place. Some of the later episode were a little repetitious, but it was still a decent show most of the time.

I haven't bought any of the individual seasons yet, so this one is a no brainer for me.

I think this is a good deal at Amazon's pre-order $162.99.
Their price now for seasons 1-8 is 219.99. And of course that doesn't include season 9, the bonus disc, or the fantastic packaging.
Nov. 9th is only a couple months away... (Cross your fingers that the date won't slip)

The packaging doesn't surprise me.

I'm not a fan of The King Of Queens, but it is nice packaging.

I've been watching in lately in syndication and I'm loving it. I haven't purchased a single season and may be tempted to pick up the complete series set in time for Christmas.
