I have shooter and black snake moan on blu-ray, they are in good conditon, comes in a blu-ray case, but no cover art available

The reason you're not getting much action on these discs is because they are incomplete. Most used HD DVDs and Blu-rays sell in the $15-18 range here when they have the cover art. You're on the high side of that without the covers. You might want to think about lowering your prices. Just a suggestion, not a flame.
