It hasn't been officially released in the US, due to music clearance issues.

Hey temptation4u welcome to DVDtalk If you haven't been lurking for awhile please take some time to look around and get a feel for the place. In particular when you are starting a thread that is primarily a question, please add question marks to the title. It helps distinguish between those threads in which someone is asking about something and those in which someone is announcing something. I'll edit this one for you
Another thing, and this is mainly for the other people in the thread who are starting that sort of discussion, everyone should take a look at the forum rules http://www.dvdtalk.com/legal.html In particular discussion about bootlegs (where to find them, the quality of them, etc) is not allowed at DVDtalk. The only bootleg discussion we have allowed is the thread on how to distinguish if you have ended up w/ a bootleg.
Thanks, hope you enjoy you time here

Since it is not available legally, if it is coming up on the ads please let one of the mods/admins/Geoff ([email protected]) know about it.
thx

They should just pay. They shelled out for the original music for Miami Vice and that turned out to be a surprise blockbuster release for Universal. Just pay and get the thing done with. Secure the music rights in perpetuity, though, so the problem won't arise again when we all switch to direct digital downloads or whatever other new-fangled home video medium comes along in the future. The show will make back the money over time anyway. It's not like it's some forgotten show with a tiny little cult following. It was like the highest rated show on Nick at Nite when they first started running it a few years back.

So...no new news on the this series coming out to dvd?
Also, just curious, but why has this show always been hard to find in syndication? I know it's on ION now, but in general, I wonder why such a great show isn't regularly seen in syndication?
