Which actors do you perceive as young, and cannot believe they are now old?

There are some actors that I can't believe are old, since I still picture them as in their youth. It's as if they aged faster than oneself. It's quite disturbing. Of course it has to do with not seeing their movies every year and having a huge gap between movies, but it's still jarring. Can anyone name any actors like this?

Here's my list:

1. the main leads in ANIMAL HOUSE: Bruce McGill, Tim Matheson, Tom Hulce, and Peter Reigert. I picture these actors as kids, eventhough I know they are all old and fat.
2. Malcom McDowell - I saw him first in Clockwork Orange and thought he was a kid in that. The next movie I saw with him was an old man in Tank Girl.
3. Mia Sara - I picture her as a kid from Legend, Ferris Beuller's, and Time Cop...and then she looks old all of a sudden (a hot old though) in the TV show Birds of Prey.

Just up until recently I found it hard to accept Leonardo DiCaprio as a "grown up" film star. It's getting easier now after The Departed for me. To me, 2006 was the year that Leo "grew up" as an actor.

I saw him on some interview show the other day, and my mouth dropped when I saw how badly he had aged.

Tom Hanks immediately comes to mind.

To me he's the forever Bachelor Party and Volunteers guy. He ages ALOT in the past 5 years. I think alot of these examples are because of our ages. I am 33. So it's easy to remember i grew up on all these actors in their 20's back in the 80's. Now that i'm 33 and i havent aged that much however all those young actors from the 80's are now in their late 40's and 50's. And it is startling to see how they aged! Makes me feel man even though i look young now, just wait 10 years!

Malibu!

I'd say Brad Pitt. It's hard to believe he's 2 years older than Diane Lane (who does look quite good, BTW).

Ernest Borgnine always seems to be 50 or 60, even if the movie is from the 50s or the 90's.

Chris O'Donnell always seems young, although his old age makeup for his role in TNT's 'The Company' was ridiculous.
