Question about upcoming Vincent Price collection
I am going to get the upcoming Vincent Price collection (Vincent Price: MGM Scream Legends Collection (The Abominable Dr. Phibes/Tales of Terror/Theater of Blood/Madhouse/Witchfinder General/Dr. Phibes Rises Again/Twice Told Tales) but I also wanted to get a MGM Midnite disc with House of Usher/Pit & Pendulum and The Masque of Red Death
My question is should I wait on the other movies for another Vincent Price boxed set? Anyone know of a Volume 2 in the works? I'm thinking I might doubledip it to be safe and get the MGM midnit movies anyway. The Fly Collection's also coming out that day with the 3 Fly movies. September 11th going to be an expensive DVD day for me as there is even more than just Vincent Price titles coming out! Any help is appreciated.

If it sells well, I'm sure a Vol. 2 wouldn't be far behind. Although, you wouldn't know what might be in it. Safe bet: if you really want the films now, buy them. If you think you can live without them for a while (and, since they've been out for a while, you obviously can) wait for the probable second volume.

Well, apparently Masque of Red Death/Premature Burial Midnite DVD is Out of Print so I will be waiting for that. I'm going to go ahead and pick up the House of Usher/Pit & Pendulum though.

I had JUST ABOUT finished collecting the Vincent Price Midnite Movies entries when the Vincent Price box set was announced. I immediately sent my copies of the ones in the box set to dvd plat for credit and ordered the box. I spent a few bucks more than I should have on the OOP ones, but it was worth it. Now all I need is Dr Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine...
